Academic Criteria:

SELECTION PROCESS

Honeywell conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of the following rounds. These rounds are as follows:
  • Written Exam
  • Technical Interview
  • Group Discussion
  • Personal Interview

 

The written exam consist of two sub - sections : 

1.Aptitude section:

This section has the following three cores:

  • Logical Reasoning
  •  Verbal Ability
  •  Quantitative Aptitude

 

2.Technical section:

It contains questions based on the fields applied by candiates . Honeywell designs the Technical paper for CSE, ECE and Mechanical streams.

 

Next comes the Technical PI Round , which is being conducted to get a detailed and satisfactory overview of the canditates knowledge and skills ; especially required for the mandate job . Sometimes coding and programming specific questions are also asked from candiattes.For high - end job profiles , there are at times two Technical Interviews as well.

 

Group Discussion are not the mandatory round . They are at times conducted while in other cases skipped during the process of job- selection for Honeywell. GD topics are focussed on the common and current issues topic such as demonetisation , teen talak, etc.

 

Personal Interview ; also referred to as HR interview .
