The company visits more than 100 prominent campuses in India to conduct campus recruitment. It also conducts much off-campus recruitment and walk-in drives too. The selection process for both is similar. The rounds may change from one campus to another. The rounds:
Written Test:
The written test has a total of three sections. The total time allotted to the candidates is 120 minutes. The three sections are as folowa:
Essay writing:
This round is to test the candidate's ability to write properly. This is conducted as a part of the written test. Students are asked to write an essay on a given topic in 250 words. The topic can vary from any happenings in the current scenario to technology related. It is also a computer-based test.
Group Discussion:
The next round is Group discussion round, where the selected candidates are segregated into groups and are given a topic. Candidates are evaluated on the basis of their speaking skills and listening skills. A lot of people might be good at speaking but not listening to what other people say. This is an area of concern. A group discussion is about both listening and speaking. Learn the art of persuasive talk.
Technical Interview:
Students who are selected in the Group Discussion round are then sent for the technical interview. The questions are based on the skill-set that the job requires. This round is considered to be tough.
HR Interview:
HR interview is the final round of registration. This would be mostly personal. Canditates personality will be assessed in this round. Clearing this round is comparatively easy.

There are a total of 30 qusetions focussed in te writing section . Technical Section is divided into technical MCQs , coding & SQL query. Technical seggregation can also be include other section named technical aptitude or technical skills.
