Core of them includes software engineers and analysts.

HIRING CRITERIA

To get into HP you have to fulfill the criteria
Eligibility:
  • Engineering Graduate BE/ B. Tech (Streams- CS, E&C, IS, Electronics & Telecom, EEE, IT).
  • Percentage: 10th, 12th, B.E/B. Tech marks/aggregate to be 60% and above with no arrears
  • Willingness to learn and implement. Should have a flair for technology and be abreast of latest technology and developments.
  • Willing to work in a 24X7 environment supporting customers worldwide(AME, EMEA, AP)

Marks Criteria 

 

Applicant must maintain consistent academic background from 10th Standard onwards. Must obtain 60% at each level of qualification.


Backlog Criteria


Candidates handling backlogs at the time of applying for HP Off Campus are not eligible to apply. Make sure to complete them prior to the Off Campus Drive.

 

SELECTION PROCESS

 HP Selection Process: 

 

The HP recruitment process usually happens in three stages, that is, first the Written Exam, then the Technical Interview which is followed by the final HR Round (Interview). After the recruitment is successful, selected candidates can be offered jobs across India or as per their preferred locations.

It is crucial for the candidates to ace the written exam to move forward with the hiring process. Those who will fail the written exam will be not be called for the next round.

The written test is seggregated into the following sections:

Canditate must possess the following skills:

  • Computer proficiency with applicable software applications 
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent fluency in the language to be supported.

PATTERN

HP Exam Pattern:
 

 

The total duration of the test will be 75 minutes.

The written exam will contain 55 questions for 55 marks.

One mark will be awarded for the correct answer.

There is no negative marking.

 

The written test/exam will have three sections; Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal and Technical.

 

  • Quantitative Aptitude section will have 12 questions for 1 mark each.
  • Verbal section will have 8 questions for 1 mark each.
  • Technical section will have 35 questions for 1 marks each.
