Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited  commonly referred to as Deloitte, is a multinational professional services network. Deloitte is one of the "Big Four" accounting organizations and the largest professional services network in the world by revenue and number of professionals.

 

Deloitte provides audit, tax, consulting, enterprise risk and financial advisory services with approximately 312,000 professionals globally. In FY 2019, the network earned a record US$46.2 billion in aggregate revenues. As of 2017, Deloitte is the 4th largest privately owned company in the United States.

 

In 1845, William Welch Deloitte opened an office in London, United Kingdom. Deloitte was the first person to be appointed an independent auditor of a public company, namely the Great Western Railway. He went on to open an office in New York in 1880.In 2019,

Hiring Criteria

Academic Criteria:

1) A candidate must have more than 60% marks in 10th and 12th (or diploma).

2) A candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks in graduation.

3) A maximum gap of 1 year is permissible after HSC(12th) and not after SSC(10th) or in between semesters of graduation.

4) A candidate should not have any pending backlogs at the time of appearing for the selection process.

 

Documents required:

1) All original mark sheets related to SSC (10th), Intermediate(12th) and Graduation are required to be produced at the time of interview. Also, please  carry a copy of set of all documents at the time of interview.

2) A copy of candidate's updated resume.

3) Passport size photographs.

4) An original identification proof issued by the government of India (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter id, Passport etc.).

Selection Process

Deloitte selection process includes 2 rounds:

It consists of questions on the following topics:

Technical Interview

Questions are asked to know the understanding of the technical work required to be completed as part of the job applied for or may enquire candidates to solve actual technical problems that they would be likely to face if employed. It is limited to the project mentioned in resume and some basic OOPs questions. CS students will be expected to write codes in the interview.

 

HR Interview

It helps to determine a candidate's personality. Questions can be of wide range starting from your introduction, Qualification, Experience, Industry specific experience, Courses done, your strengths and weaknesses, salary expectations, friends, family etc. . Be ready to take questions based on your CV - internships, projects, volunteerships and co-curricular activities.

Never say No when interviewer asks - Do you have any questions for me? Ask about company's culture and progress associated or something you want to know.
